I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Organizing is a lifestyle. It’s not something you do one time on a Saturday afternoon. It’s a way of living, it’s an outlook, a method, and a habit. Nearly anyone can get organized, and when they are they have lower stress levels. There are professionals that can get your home completely organized, but few people can actually stay organized.

Being dis-organized is more stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating than staying organized in the first place. So, what makes it so hard to stay organized? It’s a habit, and in order to create a habit, you have to be consistent.

Here are three things I try to do everyday to help have a stress free day and keep my organizational systems consistent.
